Trained interpreters lead public slots and, when arranged, private groups—allow about ninety minutes of highlight stops.

Guided Tour
A structured visit led by a trained museum guide, covering key exhibits with expert commentary. Available in English and Irish.
Private Tour
A guided tour arranged exclusively for your group, with a customised itinerary. Minimum group size of 6 applies.
Thematic Tour
A specialist tour focusing on a specific aspect of the collection, such as Gaelic manuscripts, traditional music, or oral history.

Parties of ten or more often receive reduced entry and may request staggered entry times. Book about two weeks ahead and name one on-site coordinator.
